PORT CHARLOTTE, FL - We lost a great American hero today. Robert B. Wood (known to many of his closest friends as "Woody") of Port Charlotte, Florida, formerly of North Smithfield, RI passed away on January 12th, 2015. His proud and loving family surrounded him during his final hours. Born in Wyandotte, Michigan on July 14, 1934, he was the son of the late Blanche Avery and Clarence Wood. He survived three different cancers in the past two years, but brain and spine cancer sadly took its toll on his life.

NORTH SMITHFIELD - Constance C. (Vadenais) Beaudet, 91, formerly of Napoleon St. in Woonsocket, RI, died on Monday January 12, 2015 in Saint Antoine Residence.
She was the wife of the late Robert N. Beaudet.
Born in Woonsocket, RI, daughter of the late Arthur and Aurore (Lapre) Vadenais.
Constance worked as an inspector at Narragansett Knitting for several years.
She enjoyed playing bingo, listening to music and dancing. She also loved to travel but really enjoyed spending time with, and baking for, her family and friends.

ATTLEBORO - Alfred J. Spadoni, 77, of North Attleboro passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the husband of Edna May (Long) Spadoni.
Born April 3, 1937, in Attleboro, MA he was the son of the late Clara (Caruso) Boehnke and stepson of the late Harold Boehnke. He was the son of the late Adam J. Spadoni.

SPRINGVALE, ME - Mildred Rennie died at age of 106 on January 3, 2015. Born December 1, 1908 in Slatersville RI. She was the daughter of the late Amos F. Lunn and Florence Inman Lunn.
She had five sisters and one brother, all deceased. Married Elwood J. Rennie, born 1909, married 1936 and died 1992. They had 5 children, David A. Rennie, York, ME, Richard W. Rennie, Hudson, NH Bruce A. Rennie, York, ME, Douglas Rennie, Pelham, NH, and Linda Gadoury, Bradford, NH.

She was also the widow of the late Rinaldo R. (Ronnie) Corrieri and mother of the late Rinaldo A. (Ron) Corrieri.

She was the beloved wife of the late Conrad Tardie. Born in Woonsocket, RI on June 5, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Albany and Regina (Bruneau) Bergeron.

LECANTO, FL - Susan "Suzie" (Boisclair) St. Sauveur, of Lecanto, Florida died Saturday, December 27, 2014 under the care of Hospice of Citrus County in Florida. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Doris (Grenon) Boisclair.
Susan worked for the Wrentham State School prior to her retirement. She was a member of the Ladies' Emblem Club for Elks 850 BPOE prior to her move.

CHELSEA, MA - Bruna (Anterni) Bissonnette, age 91, of Englewood Ave., Chelsea, MA, formerly of Woonsocket, died on Friday, January 9, 2015.
She was the wife of the late Lucien Bissonnette.
Born in Woonsocket, RI, daughter of the late Louis and Maddalena (Bee) Anterni.
Bruna worked as a mender in various textile mills in Woonsocket, prior to retiring.
She was very active in St. Anthony's Church and enjoyed knitting. Bruna knitted 700 hats for the military to put under their helmets to keep them warm while they were serving in the Middle East in 2008.

BELLINGHAM - Rhonda L. (Robidoux) Savoie, 61, of Bellingham, MA passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Milford Regional Medical Center with her loving husband by her side. She was the beloved wife for 34 years of Frederick Savoie, Jr. Born in Woonsocket, RI on September 3, 1953, she was the daughter of Leo Robidoux of North Smithfield, RI and the late June (Merchant) Robidoux.
She leaves her brothers, Allan Robidoux and his wife, Cathy of Burrillville, RI and Wayne Robidoux of North Smithfield, RI, and her three nephews and two grand nieces and a grand nephew.
