BURRILLVILLE- Alfred G. Wright, 72, of Round Top Rd., died January 24, 2013 at home surrounded by his family. He was the husband of the late Audrey A. Wright.
Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late John and Gertrude (O'Neil) Wright.
Mr. Wright was the owner of Wright Construction. He was a truck driver and also a foreman at Poly Vinyl Films, Sutton MA. He enjoyed being outside, whether fishing or splitting wood. He loved camping in the White Mountains of NH with all of his grandchildren. He especially enjoyed sitting by the campfire with his family.
He is survived by his three daughters; Debra Wright of Pascoag, Cindy Lemire of Douglas, MA and Holly Wright of Mapleville, two brothers; Paul and John Wright and nine grandchildren; Ian, Emily, Cami, Austin, Nicholas, Sarah, Benjamin, Grant and Joseph. He was the grandfather of the late Faith Weekly.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at 10AM in Our Lady of Good Help Church, 1063 Victory Highway, Mapleville. Burial will be private. Calling hours are Monday from 4-7PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Johnny Lobello Friendship Fund, P.O. Box 19432, Johnston, RI 02919.
