BURRILLVILLE- Audrey A. (Allard) Wright, 69, of Round Top Rd., died January 8, 2013 in Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. She was the wife of Alfred Wright whom she married March 4, 1968.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Ernest F. and Florence R. (Peloquin) Allard.
Mrs. Wright worked as a part time caregiver for United Cerebral Palsy. She loved her children and was especially proud of all of her grandchildren. She loved playing cards and particularly enjoyed challenging games of Rummy with her grandchildren. She always looked forward to camping trips with her husband, children, and grandchildren in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
Besides her husband Alfred she is survived by their daughters, Debra Wright of Pascoag, Cindy Lemire of Douglas, MA, and Holly Wright of Mapleville; her brother, Ernest Allard of Slatersville; two sisters, Lorraine Gingell of Nasonville and Florence Gurka of Forestdale, and nine grandchildren, Ian, Emily, Cami, Austin, Nicholas, Sarah, Benjamin, Grant and Joseph. She was the grandmother of the late Faith Weekly.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday January 14, 2013 at 10AM in Our Lady of Good Help Church, 1063 Victory Highway, Mapleville. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Main St., Pascoag. Calling hours will be held Sunday from 1 - 4PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket, RI 02895. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Johnny Lobello Friendship Fund, P.O. Box 19432, Johnston, RI 02919.
