BLACKSTONE- Theresa M. Levitre, 90, of Blackstone, MA died Friday, December 20, 2012. She was the wife of Robert G. Levitre.
She was born in Blackstone, MA, daughter of the late Gaetano and Petrina (DelPozzo) Cortellessa.
Mrs. Levitre worked at the former Blackstone Cotton Mill before staying at home to raise her family in Blackstone, MA.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons: Robert D. Levitre and his wife Beverly of Blackstone, MA; Thomas J. Levitre and his wife Suzanne of Blackstone, MA; two daughters: Nancy Marchacos and her husband George of Greenfield, MA; Jacqueline Poirier of Blackstone, MA; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Mrs. Levitres funeral will be held at 9:00 AM Friday, December 28, 2012 from the James E. Kellett and Son Funeral Home, 38 Main St. Blackstone, MA followed by a mass at 10:00 AM in St. Paul's Church, 48 St. Pauls St., Blackstone, MA. Burial will follow in St. Paul's Cemetery, Gaskell St., Blackstone, MA. Calling hours are Thursday, December 27, 2012 from 4:00-7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mrs. Levitre's memory to The St. Paul's SOS Fund, 48 St. Paul's St., Blackstone, MA 01504.
