WOONSOCKET- Helen J. (Parenteau) Moison, 51, of Fairmount St., died December 22, 2012 in Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. She was the wife of Russell R. Moison whom she married March 20, 1982.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of Norman E. and Gloria A. (Stone) Parenteau of Woonsocket.
Mrs. Moison worked as a CMT/CNA and Rehab Supervisor for Woonsocket Health Center for over twenty-five years. She enjoyed music, entertainment, travelling and especially all animals.
Besides her husband and parents, she is survived by a son; Adam R. Moison of Woonsocket, a brother; Peter Parenteau of Woonsocket, two sisters; Catherine Lebrun of Mapleville and Donna Lawrence of Mattapoisett, MA, three grandchildren; Shaun, Logan and Kiera Moison and twelve nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 9:30AM from the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM in St. Joseph's Church, 1200 Mendon Rd., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Wrentham Rd., Bellingham. Calling hours are Wednesday from 4 - 8PM.
