Joseph R. Gagne

NORTH SMITHFIELD - Joseph R. Gagne 26, of North Smithfield RI, went to be with the Lord on October 17, 2014.
He was born in Portland ME., the loving son to Dennis & Cynthia (Marquis) Gagne with whom he lived.
Joseph enjoyed the outdoors, four wheeling, and especially spending time with his family.
Besides his parents, he is survived by three sisters, Aimee Benoit of Woonsocket, Becky Gagne of Buxton ME and Julie Gagne of Grey ME, his maternal grandparents, Roland Joseph & Mary Marquis. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

NORTH SMITHFIELD - David Nelligan, 56, of Woonsocket Hill Rd., died October 19, 2014 in Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. He was the husband of Leslie (Gouin) Nelligan whom he married June 18, 1988. Born in Plymouth, MA, he was the son of the late Edward R. and Lillian A. (Travers) Nelligan.
Mr. Nelligan was the owner and operator of Nelligan Trucking, North Smithfield. Dave loved boating, the ocean and especially his family.

WOONSOCKET - Albert D. Desrosiers 83, of Birch St. died Wednesday, October 15th at the Philip Hulitar Center surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Alma (Turcotte) Desrosiers. Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Delphis and Simone (Leduc) Desrosiers.
Albert worked for several area construction companies for many years. He served in the US Army during the Korean War.

WOONSOCKET - Richard R. Belisle, 61, of Stoneham Drive, Woonsocket, died Friday, October 17, 2014 in Oakland Grove Health Center. He was the husband of Elaine (Peloquin) Belisle. Born in Woonsocket, Richard was a son of the late Normand and Murielle (Boucher) Belisle.
Richard was an employee of Miller Electric in Woonsocket, doing shipping and receiving for nineteen years. He later worked for SMTC in Franklin MA as a fabricator.

NORTHBRIDGE - Louis J. "Chewy" Lucier, 96, previously of Highland St. and Colonial Dr. passed away on Sat. Oct. 18 at Millbury Health Care where he had been a resident. His wife of 63 years Marcelle M. (Ouellette) Lucier passed away on Aug. 3, 2004.

WOONSOCKET - Lorraine E. (Belisle) St. Germain, 89, of Mendon Rd., died October 19, 2014 in the Ballou Home, Woonsocket. She was the wife of the late Armand O. St. Germain. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Valma (Normandin) Belisle. She resided in Blackstone from 1946-1997.

NORTH SMITHFIELD - Gladys W. (Jardine) Girard, 81, formerly of Maplewood Drive, Mapleville, RI, died Thursday October 16, in St. Antoine Residence, with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late Raymond N. Girard.
Born in Northbridge, MA, daughter of the late Harry and Annis (Hamilton) Jardine.
Mrs Girard worked on the assembly line for Miller Electric for several years prior to retiring.
She was a former member of the Burrillville Seniors.

WOONSOCKET - Leonard Houde, 94, formerly of Ridge St., died Thursday October 15, 2014 in the Friendly Home. He was the husband of the late Margurite (Martin) Houde.
Born in Fall River, MA, son of the late Henri and Marie Anne (Lemieux) Houde.
Mr. Houde worked as a truck driver and heating installer for Lozeau Oil and Beauchemin Oil for several years prior to retiring.

WOONSOCKET - Gertrude C. Pignolet, 96, formerly of Unity St, died on October 17, 2014 in the Ballou Home, Woonsocket. She was a homemaker and the wife of the late Jules R. Pignolet. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Oliva and Gertrude (Coutu) Allard.
Gertrude was a Past-president of the Precious Blood Ladies Guild for four years. She also sang, participating in the Ebbtide Choir and the Precious Blood Choir.
